Rapid changes are increasing complexity, uncertainty, and noise, challenging decision-making and decision-processes. AI has begun to disrupt industries, workplaces, and roles. These changes are beyond any person’s capacity to keep up. These factors aside, leaders and professionals lack access to decision best practices and developments in decision science. Decision Circles strengthen these foundations, build situational awareness and foresight, and provide trusted professional environments to learn, gain clarity, and meet decision challenges.
What are Decision Circles™?
Decision Circles combine current and situational awareness, expert guidance, and opportunities to learn and explore questions, practices, and tools that enhance decision functions. Each Circle of 10-20 members gather virtually to meet weekly or semi-weekly. Why focus on decisions?
Whether your role is in marketing, intelligence, research, product development, finance, or other organizational function, decisions are central to management – and your contributions. Understanding questions to ask, gathering and managing decision inputs, applying decision tools, mitigating the effects of biases are critical to successful outcomes. This has also become vastly more challenging with AI expansion, polycrises, and evolving roles. We need to be grounded in best practices, expand into multi-disciplinary approaches, and meet this moment – and what’s ahead – with the right insights, foresight, and tools.
